HARCOURT SANDS APPROVAL

Following receipt of outline consent, our detailed planning application for the first phase of houses at Harcourt Sands on the Isle of Wight has been given approval. This portion of the masterplan consists of 35 houses together with associated infrastructure and landscaping. Work is due to start on site in the next few months. More details can be found here.
