CUSTOM BUILD IN SUFFOLK

Design work for custom build houses on a site in Suffolk commenced just before Christmas. Our proposals include 35 homes arranged around a new green and a large landscaped park. 23 of the homes would be custom build houses with options to add extensions and change internal layouts. The remaining 12 homes comprise affordable houses and flats. The character of the streets and houses take their cue from nearby historic villages.
