CUSTOM BUILD IN HORAM, EAST SUSSEX

For the last few months we have been busy preparing a planning application for a development site on the edge of Horam in East Sussex. Our scheme, for the developer Leaper, comprises twelve custom build houses and six affordable apartments, all arranged around a new green. The custom build houses include a range of options that can be chosen by purchasers, including one or two storey extensions, attic bedrooms, and different internal layouts. The character of the project draws on the streetscapes and architecture of the surrounding historic villages.
