HOUSE IN MARTOCK
REFURBISHMENT PROJECT
SOMERSET

The client required a modern kitchen-diner in their grade II listed Georgian house situated in the historic village of Martock, Somerset.

 

The project involved removing modern partitions in order to create a large open-plan space, re-established the original hearth within the kitchen.  The modern leaking roof was removed and a new insulated roof added with a double glazed lantern providing light into the centre of the space.
